The National Boards and Ahpra have jointly revised the Guidelines for advertising a regulated health service (the advertising guidelines) and the Advertising compliance and enforcement strategy for the National Scheme (the strategy).
Advance copies of the advertising guidelines and strategy are now available on the website.
The revised advertising guidelines and strategy will come into effect on 14 December 2020.
